I am a fully licensed therapist with 27 years of experience who is dedicated to helping adults (18 and up) work through issues such as anxiety, depressed mood, resolving issues from past traumas and PTSD, ADHD, mild to moderate substance issues and more.

My practice is Therapy with Care LLC in Sellersburg, Indiana. Cities close by are Jeffersonville and New Albany, Indiana. And we are just across the Ohio river from Louisville, KY. I have always been able to establish meaningful therapeutic relationships with both men and women. It's never easy for someone to come in and start processing on their issues, so I strive to put people at ease as a means to make the therapy process as comfortable for someone as possible. Treatment is individualized, no two people are the same, no two cases are the same. And my goal is to not only help you feel better in the present, but to equip you with the tools you may need to help you continue to experience meaningful and lasting change as you go forward in your life. I can only accept self-pay at this time; however, I will be able to accept all major insurances in the near future. I charge $125.00 for the initial session, and $110.00 for each follow up session.
