About me
My name is Jeremy Landry I'm a licensed professional counselor and board-certified tele–mental health provider with over 20 years of experience supporting adults, couples and teens over the age of 13 through complex emotional and life challenges. I work with people navigating trauma, panic disorder, anxiety, mood disorders, divorce and separation, and major life transitions, helping clients build stability, clarity, and forward momentum in their lives. I also work with individuals who have issues at work and need guidance in regards to how to handle situations.
I bring a compassionate and structured approach to therapy, creating a supportive environment where clients feel respected, understood, and empowered. I place strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship where healing happens best when clients feel safe to explore difficult emotions while also gaining practical tools to manage symptoms and daily stressors. I work to help clients strengthen self-esteem, develop self-forgiveness, clarify life purpose, and improve emotional regulation and impulse control.
I use evidence-based therapy techniques tailored to each client’s unique goals, strengths, and challenges. Treatment is collaborative and focused on building insight, resilience, and effective coping strategies that support long-term emotional well-being and personal growth. My approach is to balances emotional processing with solution-focused and skills-based interventions to help clients make meaningful, sustainable change.
