I have worked in education and mental health for the past 27 years - which is a shockingly long time! I tell people and firmly believe that I am very blessed to be able to peek into people's lives and help them find greater peace. Everyone says it, but I genuinely do not judge what people bring to me. I've been in this field long enough to know that everyone is doing the best they can, with what they have, where they are. I strive to welcome everyone from all walks of life, but have specialized in couples and adults.

I employ a solution-focused approach to counseling. Very few people should see a counselor forever. I want to help my clients find the issue within their life that is causing them distress and support them in making whatever adjustments will bring them the most peace. While some deeper discussions can be necessary, the goal is resolution.
My hope is that anyone who reaches out to me will find a receptive voice and a welcoming place. While I am only providing online services at this point in time, I believe my online world can be as warm and friendly as my office used to be. My goal is to help people find the best version of themselves, whatever that may be.
