I am an experienced psychotherapist who is committed to helping people in high responsibility professions cope with trauma response, PTSD, toxic stress, major life transitions, and moral injury. I specialize in the military, medical, and first responder communities and have a niche for sex, intimacy, and relationships.

Life can be difficult when others depend on you in your profession. As a therapist, military spouse, and veteran, I understand the challenges of constant demand, change, and responsibility that our professions and families can expect. My approach is grounded, collaborative, and compassionate. I create space for clients to slow down, process what’s happening, and learn practical ways to cope and heal.
I’m a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and Certified Sex Informed Therapy Professional conducting evidence-based modalities that help individuals heal from trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and other stress-related concerns as well as navigating sex discrepancies, sex education, and low/no sex dynamics in many relationship settings.
My goal is to create a space where you can explore difficult emotions, process your experiences, and build the skills needed to feel grounded.
