Hi there! My name is Jenny Castillo,M.S . I’m a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in Tampa, Florida and I specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples.
My approach to counseling is person centered in nature. I have a strong belief in everyone’s capacity to live fulfilling lives no matter how stuck one may feel today. As we work together, you’ll find that I use a collaborative approach - because no one knows your experiences better than you. We’ll focus on your strengths to help convert insight into meaningful action by using evidence-based interventions to help you navigate your circumstances and reach your own therapeutic goals, all in a safe and non-judgmental environment.
