About me
As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor for 20+ years, I've worked with a diverse population of clients in public mental health agencies and private practice settings. I'm especially pleased to be able to provide counseling to Spanish speaking clients. I enjoy working with individuals, families and couples. I'm especially skilled in working with children, adolescents and adults who have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety and/or mood disorders.
My approach to therapy is to be a guiding light, supportive anchor, and a non-judgemental and encouraging presence. My hope is that we can walk the bumpy roads and climb the steep mountains together, so you don't have to do it alone. Client's appreciate my warm, nurturing demeanor and often feel at ease and hopeful after our sessions.
