About me
Rediscover your light. Reclaim your authentic self. Build a life worth living.
With over 20 years of experience, I help individuals and couples heal from trauma, narcissistic abuse, and unhealthy relationship patterns while navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem, intimacy, and life transitions. My integrative approach combines psychotherapy, yoga psychology, and mind-body practices to help you heal, reconnect with your authentic self, and create a life with greater meaning, connection, and purpose.
Maybe you’ve reached a point where you know something needs to change.
You’re tired of repeating the same patterns. Tired of carrying experiences from the past into relationships, decisions, and the way you see yourself today. Maybe you’ve spent so much time surviving, achieving, caring for others, or simply getting through the day that somewhere along the way, you lost touch with the person you actually are.
Your light hasn’t disappeared. Sometimes we just need help finding our way back to it.
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and neither are people. I draw from a broad range of clinical, mind-body, wellness, and coaching approaches to help you uncover not only what happened, but how those experiences may still be influencing the way you think, feel, relate, and move through the world.
My clinical experience includes trauma and PTSD, anxiety and depression, personality and relationship dynamics, self-esteem and identity, bariatric counseling, health and wellness, sexuality and sexual concerns, spirituality, and yoga psychology.
But our work is about much more than reducing symptoms.
It’s about discovering what keeps you stuck—and what makes you feel alive.
It’s about understanding the parts of yourself you may have learned to hide, silence, criticize, or feel ashamed of. Shame thrives in the shadows. Healing gives us an opportunity to bring those parts of ourselves into the light with curiosity, compassion, and understanding.
You are allowed to rebuild. You are allowed to repurpose your life. You are allowed to decide that the patterns, expectations, relationships, or experiences that shaped your past do not get to dictate your future.
You don’t have to carry all of it alone.
Let’s unburden the shame, rediscover your spark, and reclaim your illumination—so you can build a life worth living.
