About me
For more than two decades, I’ve worked with people navigating trauma, relationships, major life transitions, and the patterns that can keep us feeling stuck. I provide individual and couples therapy, with a specialization in midlife. I’m also a court-recognized forensic clinician, and I bring that depth of experience to every person I work with.
A place to begin, wherever you are. I create a thoughtful, accepting space where you can explore your history, your relationships, what’s happening now, and what you want for your future.
I am skilled and experienced with individuals and couples using the following models: CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy, mindfulness and Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction, Relational Life Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, DBT, EMDR, and other somatic approaches.
But good therapy is more than expertise. It’s having a space where you feel safe, accepted, and understood enough to be honest about what’s really going on. We’ll take the time to understand your history, your relationships, and what you want for your life, and use that understanding to shape the work we do together.
