Jennifer Vannoy, MS, LPC Associate

Hi, I’m Jennifer! I’m passionate about helping individuals and couples create healthier, more connected relationships with themselves, their partners, and their sexuality.

I enjoy working with clients in navigating relationship challenges, communication difficulties, intimacy concerns, self-worth, and sexual wellness. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable having open and honest conversations, especially about topics that may feel difficult to discuss. I am trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 1), and my long-term goal is to become an AASECT-certified sex therapist.

My counseling approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I believe in meeting you exactly where you are and creating a safe space where you can speak freely, feel understood, and move at your own pace. I often draw from person-centered and cognitive-behavioral approaches, and I value humor, authenticity, and connection in the therapeutic process.

I’m a former teacher, a trivia fanatic, and a big fan of Texas Longhorn football. When not in session, I’m usually hanging out with my family & our pets, relaxing near some form of water, or playing pool. I’m curious to learn more about you, too!
