About me
I provide a warm, supportive space where children and teens can feel safe expressing themselves, exploring difficult emotions, and navigating life’s challenges. Using play therapy techniques, creativity, and connection, among other modalities, I help young people build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and discover their strengths.
I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted. I work primarily with children and teens who may be struggling with anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation, grief, trauma, behavioral concerns, or changes within their family or life. Because children do not always have the words to explain what they are feeling, I incorporate play therapy techniques, creativity, and other developmentally appropriate approaches alongside traditional conversation.
My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients can express themselves without judgment, discover their strengths, develop healthy coping skills, and build confidence in who they are. I also value collaboration with caregivers and families, recognizing the important role they can play in a child’s growth and healing.
