If you’re struggling with trauma, anxiety, or something that feels difficult to talk about, you’re not alone. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where you can go at your own pace.
You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or struggling with the impact of past experiences that are difficult to talk about.
I specialise in supporting individuals who have experienced trauma and sexual abuse, including those living with anxiety, shame, or low self-worth.
You might find it hard to open up, or feel that others don’t fully understand what you’ve been through. In our work together, you will have a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can go at your own pace.
I am an accredited UK counsellor with over 8 years of experience, working with adults and young people, as well as parents, carers, and partners affected by trauma.
My approach is trauma-informed and person-centred, meaning that you remain in control of the process. I integrate approaches such as CBT, psychodynamic and mindfulness depending on your needs.
Taking the first step can feel difficult, but you don’t have to do it alone.
