Hi, I’m Jennifer. I’m a licensed therapist who works with teens and adults healing from trauma, complex trauma, dissociation, and the long-term effects of growing up in emotionally or physically unsafe environments. My work is very grounded, compassionate, and focused on helping you feel safe enough to look at the parts of yourself you’ve had to hide or silence just to get through life.
I help people untangle old fear-based patterns, reconnect with their emotions, and rebuild a strong sense of self. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, people-pleasing, dissociation, relationship struggles, or the exhaustion that comes from carrying too much for too long, our work together is about helping you finally feel supported, understood, and empowered.
My clinical approach blends EMDR, CBT, parts-work, positive psychology, and a deep respect for your spiritual and personal growth. I don’t force integration or push an agenda. I meet you where you are, help you make sense of what’s happening inside you, and guide you toward healing in a way that feels steady, safe, and doable.
