At 246 Counseling we have a team of therapists who offer a variety of treatment modalities including EMDR, traditional talk therapy, person centered treatment, Gottman couples work, and CBT. Our specialties including PTSD, trauma, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, couples work, first responders & military, children, adolescents, and adults. We offer both virtual (anywhere in Texas) and in person sessions in Conroe, TX, Sunnyvale, TX and Forney, TX. Some of our therapists offer a sliding scale to keep costs affordable, and others accept all major medical insurance.
