Hello, my name is Jennifer and I'm the owner of Vibrant Health Counseling and Teletherapy. I'm a licensed professional counselor in the state of Ohio with 17 years of clinical counseling experience. I have a background working with a variety of behavioral health issues but specialize in addictions, depression, anxiety, and self-esteem issues. Health, wellness, and nutrition are special interest areas for me, and I love seeing my clients improve their overall health. Currently i am seeing clients online. I find this to be a convenient way to reach more clients in Ohio and fit sessions into everyone's busy schedules.
My sessions include a collaborative approach. I believe you are the expert of your own life and my role is to help empower you to make your own decisions. We will work together towards your goals while I gently challenge any negative mindsets that may be holding you back.
I'm a relaxed and down to earth person. I will ask questions and be inquisitive about your life. You will feel heard and understood. I will provide education and homework assignments, when appropriate. I believe you will feel more empowered after our sessions.
