About me
I am passionate about supporting children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples as they work toward healthier relationships, emotional growth, and greater self-understanding. I welcome individuals who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how past experiences may be influencing their current relationships.
My background as an elementary school teacher shaped my clinical perspective and reinforced the importance of early attachment, family dynamics, and creating safe spaces where people, especially young people, feel seen, heard, and supported. I bring this same warmth, curiosity, and nonjudgment into my work with individual adults navigating stress, identity development, life transitions, parenting challenges, or relational patterns that feel difficult to change.
As a future therapist, I hope to continue working with children and families to support healthy relational dynamics and emotional development. In the long term, I am also interested in working with youthful offenders and their families, which has increased my desire to gain a strong foundation in trauma-informed care.
