About me
Are you new to therapy? Searching for your true identity? Hoping to become a more independent thinker? Recovering from a recent breakup and unsure of your next steps? If you answered yes to any of these questions, you’ve come to the right place. Together, we can embark on a journey of growth and self-discovery. Positive change is just around the corner.
As a Black woman myself, I understand the daily struggle of finding a place where you feel supported and understood. When you work with me, you'll learn essential coping skills, how to implement healthy boundaries, and ways to move past your trauma.
I know life can feel overwhelming at times, and "adulting" can be challenging, but you've already taken the first step. Don't let your current struggles hinder your growth. Let me help you evolve into the best version of yourself.
I am an alumni of Johnson C. Smith University where I obtained my Bachelors degree in Social Work and I am also a graduate of Fordham University where I earned my Masters degree in Social Work.
