Hi, I am a couples and individual therapist wanting to help people rebuild connections, emotionally and physically. I use a combination of tools and techniques to find out what works best for YOU!

My name is Jennifer Reeves and I am a Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Sex Therapist. I have over 10 years of experience working with couples and individuals. I am compassionate and collaborative with my clients, viewing you as the expert of your own life. I like to meet you where you are at, so we will dive deep when we need to and I will back off when it's too overwhelming. I want to work with you to find solutions and I always want to help my clients feel comfortable.

Primary issues I work with are communication concerns, excessive arguing, sexual issues, infidelity, infertility, and overall lack of connection with your partner(s). I am open and lifestyle affirming, working with the sexually and gender diverse; as well as, non-monogamous and multi-partnered relationships.

My approach can be direct and I tend to give a little bit of "homework", especially at the beginning of therapy. However, being collaborative means that if I suggest homework of some sort, I want you to tell me if it doesn't resonate or you aren't going to do it, I want you to be honest so we can tweak it or look for a different way.

I typically have openings Monday-Saturday. I do not work on Sundays and I do not respond to emails or phone calls between the hours of 9:00 pm to 9:00 am.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with my partner and our two kids; cuddling with my 2 cats and 2 dogs and brand new bunny; I'm on a curling league; and I love to travel. I am pretty family oriented and like to spend time with my parents and sisters.
