I am an experienced child and adolescent counselor who is dedicated to helping children cope with anxiety, depression, and anger.

Jen is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. Her approach is from a mental health standpoint not mental illness; she mainly uses Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), she also has over 5 years as an RBT (registered behavior therapist) working with kiddos on the Autism spectrum and their families. She is Yogakids trained and has her certification in Trauma Conscious Yoga. She is experienced in working with children, adolescents, moms, and families.

My Philosophy
We will explore your current thought processes and find new paths for your thoughts to take and then find support for them. Every person is different and together we will find what works best for you and/or your child. With children we will explore different tools to use to move forward in life and find practices that enhance mental health giving your child what they need to succeed in life as teens and adults.

My Approach
My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by making a safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.
