About me
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in working with men who struggle with emotional suppression and shutdown. Over time, I’ve seen how often men are taught to disconnect from their emotions in order to survive, succeed, or stay strong. But what gets buried doesn’t disappear — it shows up in stress, anger, distance, or relationship strain.
My approach is direct, grounded, and compassionate. I help men slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and develop healthier ways to communicate and cope. Therapy with me is not about judgment or forcing vulnerability, it’s about building emotional awareness at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
I believe growth happens when you feel understood, not criticized. My goal is to create a space where you can show up honestly, without pressure to “have it all together.”
My practice focuses on helping men build emotional awareness, improve communication, and develop healthier ways to cope with stress and conflict. I offer a grounded, direct, and nonjudgmental space where clients can slow down, explore what’s beneath the surface, and learn practical tools for lasting change.
In our work together, you can expect honesty, structure, and compassion. Therapy is not about labeling you or forcing vulnerability it’s about helping you better understand yourself so you can feel more in control, more connected, and more aligned with the life you want.
