About me
I am committed to creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel empowered to grow and heal. I strive to foster an environment grounded in empathy, acceptance, and authenticity, where clients feel comfortable and free from judgment. By holding space with care and respect, I aim to offer hope and honor each individual’s unique path on their personal healing journey.
My name is Jennifer Rose Most, also known as Jenny, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I earned a Master of Social Work from Rutgers University School of Social Work with a concentration in Spirituality and Aging, as well as a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University’s Livingston College with a focus in Theater Arts at Mason Gross School of the Arts.
My clinical work focuses on supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, family and relationship challenges, stress, self-esteem concerns, PTSD, and emotional regulation. I utilize a wide range of evidence-based and creative approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, mindfulness practices, expressive arts, play therapy, and art therapy. My work is grounded in strength-based and trauma-informed care.
I am passionate about working with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples, and I approach each therapeutic relationship with cultural awareness, respect, and compassion. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients can discover their voice, share their story, and feel empowered throughout their healing journey. By tailoring interventions to each individual’s needs, I strive to foster resilience, growth, and meaningful, lasting change.
