About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience helping children, adolescents, adults, and families navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum concerns, and eating disorders. I provide a warm, collaborative, and practical approach focused on helping clients build coping skills, emotional regulation, and lasting confidence.
Seeking support can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate challenges alone. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than two decades of clinical experience in both school and private practice settings. I work with children, teens, adults, and parents who are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum concerns, eating disorders, behavioral challenges, and life transitions.
My approach is supportive, collaborative, and skills-focused. I integrate evidence-based practices including CBT-informed strategies, mindfulness, Family-Based Treatment (FBT) for eating disorders, and DBT-informed work to help clients build emotional regulation, resilience, and confidence. I also provide parent counseling and coaching to help caregivers feel more equipped and supported.
Clients often describe my style as warm, practical, and solution-focused. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you or your child can feel understood while working toward meaningful, lasting change.
