About me

You don’t have to be strong all the time.

If you’ve been carrying emotional pain, feeling unseen, or wondering why certain experiences still affect you, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to go through it by yourself.

I work with individuals navigating trauma, grief, and difficult relationship experiences, especially those connected to family wounds, loss, or feeling emotionally disconnected.

Many of the people I work with feel like they are “too much” or not fully understood. Others feel pressure to hold everything in or stay strong for everyone else. Together, we create a safe, supportive space where you can process your experiences, rebuild your sense of identity, and begin to feel more grounded, connected, and at peace.

In our work together, you can expect a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you feel safe to be yourself. You don’t have to have the right words or everything figured out—we’ll work through it together.

I help clients better understand their emotions, identify patterns, and develop healthier ways of coping and relating to others. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, and we move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, emotionally balanced, and confident in how you move through your life.

I work with individuals who feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns shaped by past experiences. In our sessions, we focus on understanding your story, exploring how your experiences have impacted you, and creating practical tools to help you cope more effectively.

Over time, many clients begin to feel more connected to themselves, more confident in their relationships, and better able to manage their emotions. Healing is a process, and we take it one step at a time in a way that feels supportive and manageable.
