I am an experienced psychotherapist with over 10 years of working with adults and teens on chronic illness/pain, anxiety and depression.
Reaching out for therapy can feel hard, especially if you’ve been carrying things on your own for a long time. You don’t have to have it all figured out to start. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can work through what’s going on, together, at your pace.
