About me
I am a registered mental health intern dedicated to helping individuals and couples as they navigate life's challenges.
When forced to navigate a massive, unexpected life transition, your entire world can feel destabilized. Whether you are dealing with a shifting relationship dynamic, a sudden career upheaval, or an identity crisis, the fallout can be exhausting. You are likely feeling disconnected from yourself, your partner, and your daily life, unsure of how to find your footing again. As your therapist, I bring an honest, intentional, and entirely non-judgmental presence to our work. I do not offer cookie-cutter advice; instead, we will look directly at your unique challenges to understand why you are stuck and how to move forward.
For individuals, we will rebuild your internal compass, restore your focus, and unpack your lack of motivation. For couples, we will dismantle defensive communication loops and intentionally design a strong, collaborative path forward through life's shifting seasons.
You do not have to stumble through this heavy transition alone or keep pretending you have it all figured out. I provide a grounded, practical space where you can be completely real about how hard things are right now. Let’s work together to bring clarity, stability, and genuine motivation back to your life. Reach out today and we'll get to work together.
