About me
I am an experienced therapist specializing in trauma, PTSD, family, parenting, and relationship issues. I provide a warm, empathic space that allows my clients to safely express genuine vulnerability so they feel genuinely seen and heard.
I use a somatic approach to therapy to help clients deeply connect with their bodies and their inner world to heal trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and more. When clients meet with me they can expect to feel heard, seen, and understood. They can expect to come away with a better understanding of themselves along with practical tools, skills, and strategies for coping and managing symptoms.
