About me
With over a decade of experience in social work, I offer an affirming, authentic space for individuals exploring ADHD, anxiety, trauma, ethical non-monogamy, LGBTQIA+ identity/challenges and more—grounded in an empowerment-focused and strengths based approach.
Hi, I’m Jen (she/her), a licensed clinical social worker. I help individuals who feel stuck, unseen, or like they’ve had to dim parts of themselves just to get through life. My practice is a place to reconnect with your own light—your voice, your values, and your capacity to heal.
With over a decade of experience in schools, day treatment programs, and teletherapy, I bring a flexible, affirming approach to each session. I specialize in working with ADHD, trauma, anxiety, ethical non-monogamy, LGBTQIA+ identity, and shame. I’m sex-positive, neurodiversity-affirming, body-positive, and kink-allied—and I deeply respect the strength it takes to show up for yourself in therapy.
My style is collaborative, direct, and compassionate. I draw from evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, and ACT while centering your lived experience and what matters most to you. Therapy with me is about more than coping—it’s about finding clarity, reclaiming your story, and building a life that feels aligned with who you really are.
Whether you’re just beginning or returning to the work, I’m here to walk alongside you as you rediscover the light within.
