About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a focus on Neurodevelopmental Disorders, who works with ages 6 and older.
I have 17+ years of experience in the mental health field with the last 7 years being in an outpatient setting. As a therapist who was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult I have developed a passion for working with others who are also on this journey, no matter what stage of the journey they are in. I do not take a behavioral approach to therapy but instead believe that autonomy over one's self is crucial to meeting goals and being as successful as one wants to be. I enjoy working with people of all ages taking on a more hands on approach with younger people and a more direct approach with older teens and adults.
