About me
I help adolescents and families navigate behavioral health and substance use challenges with compassion, clarity, and hope.
I’m a licensed clinical social worker dedicated to supporting individuals and families through life’s most challenging experiences. With extensive experience in adoption, foster care, parenting, and family dynamics, I bring deep empathy and clinical insight to my work. I’m especially passionate about helping families impacted by adolescent substance use and believe that healing happens within safe, supportive relationships—no parent or caregiver should face addiction alone. As the founder of Serenity, I created a therapeutic space and resource hub for parents navigating behavioral health and substance use challenges. I provide compassionate, judgment-free therapy to adolescents (13+) and adults, specializing in areas including addiction, anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma, grief, LGBTQ+ concerns, and evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy.
