I just want to take a moment and thank you for choosing me to be a part of your healing journey. Together we will explore what you believe is "IM'POSSIBLE" for you to overcome on your own, and look at the root cause for why you behave, think, and feel as you do. By working together, we will uncover the roots of your unhappiness, create positive changes, acquire new perspectives that generate realistic solutions, and most importantly, learn to trust your own feelings and seek validation from within instead of looking for validation from others.

I am an all-inclusive therapist who tailors my treatment approach to the specific needs of my clients. Due to my education, experience, and background, I am well-prepared for work with diverse populations and issues. Among my specialties are working with clients who have experienced trauma, toxic relationships, and/or grief and loss.

In addition, I have experience working with individuals who have mental illnesses such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, and schizophrenia.
