Hi, I’m Jennifer, a therapist passionate about helping teens and women navigate life’s challenges with compassion and honesty.

I know how heavy life can feel sometimes — the pressure to have it all figured out, the anxiety that won’t seem to quiet down, relationships that leave you feeling drained, or that constant, lingering question: Who am I, really?

Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” you, because you’re not broken. It’s about giving yourself permission to slow down, get curious about what’s going on inside, and build a deeper, more confident connection with your truest self.

I take a holistic approach to therapy, meaning I see you as a whole person — not just a diagnosis or a list of symptoms. Together, we’ll explore how your mind, body, relationships, and environment are shaping your wellbeing. My hope is that through our work together, you’ll feel supported, empowered, and ready to meet whatever life brings with clarity and confidence.

I’m the founder of Wild Lilac Counseling, a space I created for those who are ready to stop living on autopilot and start reconnecting with themselves, their relationships, and what truly matters. The name Wild Lilac was chosen with care — lilacs are known for their ability to bloom in tough conditions, just like we can grow through life’s challenges. And for a personal touch, the name also includes my twins’ initials — a small but meaningful piece of my heart woven into this work.
