Integrative mental health that focuses on the whole person to promote recovery and empower you as holistically as possible.
For over 25 years, we’ve been providing a safe place for guidance on exploration of self, relationships, and potential barriers to achieving your goals. We offer many specializations, have several locations. Our clinicians are culturally diverse and bilingual in English, Spanish, Polish, Mandarin, Korean, Arabic, Cantonese, and other languages. Our practice is integrative and has collaborative agreements with a wide range of providers including psychiatrists, acupuncturists, occupational therapists and more to help your self-discovery. We look forward to connecting with you and helping you along your journey.
We now have 7 locations to serve you. We are located in Oak Park, Chicago-Lakeview, Chicago-South Loop, Crystal Lake, Hinsdale, Libertyville and North Riverside. We offer both in person and telehealth sessions.
