About me
I have been a Counselor for over 20 years and am passionate about guiding others through the labyrinth of life.
I’m fortunate to love what I do, every day. I am trained in multiple treatment modalities, including (but not limited to) CBT, DBT, ACT, and Sand Tray. I am also a trauma informed/trauma trained therapist and Yoga Instructor. I have dual Masters’ Degrees in Counseling Psychology and Gerontology, and work well with clients of all ages. Working at the soul level continues to humble me, and it would be my honor to be of service to you.
