About me
I’m a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who approaches therapy with warmth, compassion, and curiosity. My hope is to offer a gentle space where we can explore life’s challenges, deepen self-understanding, and make room to grow at your own pace.
I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families who are feeling overwhelmed by life's challenges and are looking for a safe, supportive place to heal and grow. Many of my clients come to therapy struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, or the stress of balancing multiple roles and expectations. Together, we work to better understand the thoughts, emotions, and experiences that contribute to current challenges while developing practical coping skills, healthier relationships, and greater self-confidence.
As a Filipina therapist, I have a special interest in supporting AANHPI communities. I strive to provide culturally responsive care that recognizes the impact of culture and identity on mental health. My goal is to create a compassionate, collaborative environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting changes.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but you don't have to have everything figured out before you begin. My goal is to offer a space where you can talk openly, feel supported, and work through whatever life is bringing your way. If that sounds like what you're looking for, I'd be happy to connect with you.
