About me

You deserve more than just getting by—you deserve to truly live and thrive. When life feels overwhelming and messy, having someone to talk to can make all the difference. My goal is to help you heal, find clarity, and take steps toward the life you want. I’m here to listen, support, and gently challenge you to look at the thoughts and patterns that may be keeping you stuck. . If you’re looking for someone who can offer encouragement, help you work through tough emotions, and occasionally throw in a well-timed joke (only if requested!), we might be a great match.

Whether you're dealing with grief, struggling in your relationships, or just feeling weighed down by negative thoughts, I can help you figure out what’s working and what’s not. Together, we’ll explore ways to face life’s challenges while holding on to the hope that change is possible.

Whether it is to move from surviving to thriving or a mental health tune-up, I am passionate about helping people increase daily functioning, set and maintain life goals, and overcome barriers to mental health. I am experienced with working with teens, adults, couples, and families including crisis intervention, parent/adult child transitions, building effective communication, restoring hope in relationships and a myriad of other areas of focus to help you function at your best.

I began mentoring women and couples over a decade ago and that passion inspired me to return to school to complete my degree and enhance my ability to help people mentally, emotionally, and relationally. I will help you identify thought patterns that no longer serve you, help you find the right emotional regulation skills, identify trauma triggers, and explore a treatment plan tailored to you.
