About me
I'm a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, and trauma, helping them build resilience and find their way forward.
My approach is grounded in compassion and cultural responsiveness. I'm committed to creating a welcoming space for clients of all backgrounds and identities—including those seeking a therapist of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, older adults, and people of faith as well as those exploring spirituality outside traditional religion.
I specialize in helping clients work through self-esteem concerns, communication struggles, isolation, social anxiety, guilt and shame, and the aftermath of trauma and abuse. I also support individuals navigating life transitions like divorce, pregnancy and childbirth, caregiver stress, and questions about life purpose and meaning.
Whether you're facing panic attacks, posttraumatic stress, abandonment wounds, control patterns, or workplace challenges, I'm here to help you reconnect with yourself and move toward healing. My goal is to walk alongside you with genuine care and respect, honoring your unique story and strengths as we work together toward meaningful change.
