About me
I am a licensed psychotherapist dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges with compassion, clarity, and evidence-based care.
I am a licensed psychotherapist dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges with compassion, clarity, and evidence-based care. I provide a safe, confidential, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, relationship dynamics, and patterns of behavior. My work is grounded in collaborative, client-centered therapy that supports personal growth, emotional well-being, and meaningful relational change.
I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I work with individuals and couples and integrate cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, psychodynamic insight, and animal-assisted therapy. When appropriate, animal-assisted therapy is used to help clients feel more grounded, safe, and emotionally supported during the therapeutic process.
My goal is to empower clients to better understand themselves and their relationships, develop healthier coping and communication strategies, and create more fulfilling, balanced lives.
