About me
Trauma-informed professional specializing in narcissistic abuse recovery, scapegoat abuse, domestic abuse and identity development.
Jennifer is a licensed therapist, clinical supervisor and registered nurse with over 17 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. With diverse training and expertise, her work is centered around relationship trauma, family estrangement, narcissistic and/or scapegoat abuse, domestic violence, and codependency/complex post-traumatic stress disorder (CPTSD).
She utilizes an integrated mind-body-relational approach—including somatic interventions—and draws from systemic and Jungian theories, as well as inter- and transpersonal psychologies. Her practice is firmly trauma-informed.
Jennifer specializes in helping individuals heal from the lasting effects of dysfunctional or abusive relationships and toxic family dynamics experienced in childhood. She is highly experienced in narcissistic abuse recovery and codependency work, guiding clients toward emotional intelligence, self-trust, resilience, empowerment, and identity development.
Clients can expect holistic and practical interventions that foster self-awareness, body-mind integration, and personal empowerment—while disrupting unhelpful behavioral and emotional patterns.
Self-scheduling is available through her website for added convenience. If you are looking for more information on potentially working with Jennifer as a supervisee in NC, do not hesitate to reach out!
