About me
I am a licensed psychologist with over 30 years of experience who helps women navigate weight loss, GLP-1 use, high-stress careers, and neurodivergence to build a more manageable, sustainable way of living.
I work with women balancing busy, demanding lives who often feel exhausted and overextended. Many of the women I see are navigating GLP-1 use and the physiological, emotional, and social challenges that come with it. Others are managing high-stress careers, or are neurodivergent and struggling to keep up with daily demands. Across all of these experiences, the common thread is the same: women looking for support, information, and practical strategies to build a more manageable and sustainable way of living.
I am a licensed psychologist with over 30 years of experience in mental health. I am a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP) and a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist, and I provide integrative, research-informed treatment drawing from Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), mindfulness, and mind-body approaches. I offer teletherapy so treatment can happen anywhere in Pennsylvania and fit into your daily life, on a schedule that works for you.
Many women feel like they "should" have their lives figured out, especially when things look like they're going well from the outside. But on the inside, it's common to feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure how to manage it all. You don't have to carry that on your own. I can help you make sense of what's happening and find a way forward that actually works for your life.
In our first session together, we'll identify the patterns and stressors shaping your experience and start building a plan with practical, realistic steps toward feeling better day to day.
