About me
Trauma Informed Naturopathic Physician with 30+ years experience in bringing wellness & wholeness to those seeking tools for change; with sound science and medicine AND play, curiosity and wonder.
Welcome to my practice. I love my practice! After several years of working in medical centers , I branched out to create a sacred space of a solo practice, where the integrate Somatic bodywork, Naturopathic medicine, Mindfulness and Acupuncture. A heartfelt welcome to you.
Solo since 2014 after a “ bout” with Breast Cancer( which is no more)!!, I’m inspired to share my life’s work with my deeply personal and edifying experiences. Among my life’s teachers is my raising of a very high functioning young man with Down syndrome.
Prior to becoming a Naturopathic physician, I had a successful performing career as a modern dancer.
My love of the body beautifully integrates my Trauma informed care with somatic healing.
Depending on the Need of the patient;they might receive : Acupuncture, Nutritional and Lifestyle training, stress management, Yoga, state of the art blood work , CranioSacral therapy, Reiki , and active listening in the way of council.
Currently I’m also a caregiver for husband who has Parkinson’s disease . Naturopathic medicine has much to offer!
I’m a voracious reader, I love to cook and a day can’t go by without dance.
