As a therapist, I am often asked, "What is your passion?" The answer is simple: my passion is YOU. My ideal client is those who feel stuck and overwhelmed by the weight of life and are burdened by negative core beliefs that make it hard to see their own worth. They may struggle with anxiety, depression, or feelings that they have to carry everything alone. Some may have experienced trauma, instability, or disruptions in relationships and family dynamics-and yet, they still long for healing, connection and peace. My ideal client is also someone who desires change but isn't quite sure where to start. I use client led therapy. You lead in your own journey, and I am just along to help guide you. I offer CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing and a spiritual perspective to help you in your healing when desired. Whether you are navigating personal identity, relational challenges, parenting struggles, or any other complex situation-I am here to help. Everyone can use a listening ear from time to time. I offer a gentle, non-judgmental approach in my therapy practice. I offer compassion and encouragement to my clients who often feel defeated. My role is to walk alongside you as you challenge long held beliefs, discover your strengths and learn tools that support lasting change. I would be honored to help you in your journey to healing.

My approach is unique because I will not push you beyond your level of readiness. Therapy has to be client led. I will encourage you, but not push you too far beyond your comfort zone. Sessions with me are completely non-judgmental. I will be your biggest cheerleader in your journey.
