I am a Marriage and Family Therapist with a Graduate Certificate in Play Therapy. At the heart of my work is the belief that every person has the capacity to realize their desired state of well-being. Together, we'll build on your strengths to foster authentic connection, create meaningful change, and strengthen relationships.

I have over a decade of combined experience in education, behavioral health, and therapy, I strive to create a collaborative, compassionate, and culturally responsive environment where every client feels seen, valued, and supported. I welcome individuals, couples, and families of all backgrounds, cultures, identities, and relationship structures, and I am committed to providing practical, evidence-based care that honors each person's unique experiences and goals.

I provide therapy for adolescents and teens (ages 10+), adults (18+), couples, and families. My areas of specialty and experience include marital and couples relationships, family therapy, premarital counseling, play therapy, women's wellness, parenting and motherhood support, interracial and intercultural family relationships, racial identity development, acculturation support, life transitions, self-care, anxiety and coping skills, and depression and stress management.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my family, staying active, experiencing the arts, and connecting with nature. These practices help keep me grounded and reflect the importance I place on self-care and overall well-being.

Life is a beautiful journey, yet it often presents challenges that can be difficult to overcome. My goal as a therapist is to help you navigate the challenges of life, achieve your goals, and discover your own version of "beautiful."
