About me
Are you feeling like you should be getting more out of life? Do feelings of anxiety or sadness rob you of your peace and joy?
I will partner with you to provide insight, emotional regulation tools, and healing from past trauma. Together, we can transform your life into the rich, satisfying experience it is meant to be.
I am a clinical therapist with 32 years of experience and training. I am warm, easy to relate to, and love people. I have training in a variety of therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to CBT, Polyvagal theory, self compassion, motivational interviewing and IFS.
I see kids 12 and older, adult individuals and couples.
I offer free 15 minute consultations so you can see if you feel comfortable working with me, and I with you.
I help you by providing objective professional feedback on your presenting issues, and then we create a tailored treatment plan as a roadmap for helping you reach your goals.
I make sure to ask you along the way if you’re getting what you need from therapy with me. I’m glad to pivot and try new approaches at any time!
I enjoy plants, exercise, my family, and friends, and my cat, Mochi. I have been married for 22 years and have a 20 yr old daughter and twin 19 year old sons.
