About me

I believe everyone deserves a safe and caring space to be heard. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I walk alongside clients facing anxiety, stress, life transitions, the impacts of trauma, or relationship struggles, helping them feel supported, understood, and empowered on their journey toward healing and growth.

I have lived in the Boise, Idaho area for nearly 20 years, and enjoy all that Idaho has to offer! Together my husband and I have five children and one dog, and I love spending time with all of them.

My approach to counseling is grounded in the belief that we are wired for connection, and that our deepest sense of safety, identity, and belonging emerges within our relationships. When those connections feel threatened, inconsistent, or painful, it can leave us carrying fear, loneliness, or a sense of disconnection—from others and even from ourselves. Over time, these experiences can shape the ways we protect ourselves, often leading us to live in patterns of survival rather than from a place of emotional security.

Together, we explore your patterns through an attachment lens, making sense of how relationships have shaped your emotional world. We slow down to access and express deeper feelings, helping you move toward greater safety, connection, and resilience—so you can feel more grounded, supported, and open to moments of joy.

We will shape this process together based on what feels safe and meaningful for you. If incorporating your faith is an important part of your identity and healing, we can thoughtfully include that; if not, your autonomy in this space will always be respected. Please reach out to me for a free 20-minute consultation.

Areas of focus in my practice include anxiety, depression, identity issues, life transitions, relationship concerns, trauma, and personal growth. I primarily work with individuals 18 years and older.
