I believe everyone deserves a safe and caring space to be heard. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I walk alongside clients facing anxiety, stress, life transitions, or relationship struggles, helping them feel supported, understood, and empowered on their journey toward healing and growth.

I have lived in the Boise, Idaho area for nearly 20 years, and enjoy all that Idaho has to offer! Together my husband and I have five children and one dog, and I love spending time with all of them.

At the heart of my work is the belief that every person has the capacity for growth, healing, and deeper connection. I take a humanistic and experiential approach to counseling, creating a compassionate space where you can safely explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Together, we focus not only on reducing symptoms, but also on building greater self-awareness, resilience, and fulfillment.

My practice is strongly rooted in attachment science, incorporating emotionally focused work. I help clients identify and understand the emotions that shape their patterns of relating to themselves and others. By bringing these feelings into awareness in the present moment, we can work together to heal old wounds, strengthen relationships, and create new ways of engaging with life.

I view therapy as a collaborative process and honor each client’s unique story. My role is to walk alongside you with empathy and curiosity, supporting you as you connect more deeply to your authentic self and discover new possibilities for growth, meaning, and connection.

Areas of focus in my practice include anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress management, relationship concerns, and personal growth. I primarily work with individuals 18 years and older.
