I believe everyone deserves a safe and caring space to be heard. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I walk alongside clients facing anxiety, stress, life transitions, the impacts of trauma, or relationship struggles, helping them feel supported, understood, and empowered on their journey toward healing and growth.

I have lived in the Boise, Idaho area for nearly 20 years, and enjoy all that Idaho has to offer! Together my husband and I have five children and one dog, and I love spending time with all of them.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I will work with you as you learn to manage anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, grief, or relationship struggles. I want to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered on your path toward healing and growth. In our counseling sessions, we will explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. As we focus on reducing symptoms, we will also work on developing greater self-awareness, resilience, and fulfillment.
My practice is grounded in attachment theory and incorporates emotionally focused work. I will help you identify and understand the emotions that shape your patterns of relating to yourself and others. I respect the cultural values of my clients and their families, and welcome clients who would like to integrate their faith in therapy sessions.
