About me
Helping teens, parents, and families navigate self-harm, faith transitions, and relationship strain
You didn’t expect to be here. Discovering your child is self-harming, feeling disconnected from your partner, or realizing old coping patterns have not gone away can leave you scared, exhausted, and unsure what to do next.
I work with individuals, parents, and families facing trauma, relational rupture, and faith deconstruction. My approach is attachment-based and trauma-informed, focused on understanding grief, identity shifts, and nervous system responses rather than blaming behavior. Together we slow things down, restore safety, and work toward clarity and repair.
You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. If you are wondering whether we might be a good fit, I invite you to reach out to schedule a brief consultation and begin the conversation. I offer complimentary phone and in-person consultations so you can ask questions and see if working together feels like the right fit.
