Big emotions, runaway worries, frequent outbursts, and difficulty focusing —it's so hard to watch your child struggle. So how do you know what to do as a parent? I’m a Registered Play Therapist (RPT) and a fellow parent, and I’m here to help. I’ll work with you and your child to help them understand and control their emotions, express them appropriately, and grow into a resilient, happy teen and adult. We’ll use playful, brain-based approaches that keep them engaged as they learn to handle life’s challenges.
