About me
I'm Jenna Mortensen, a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, and addiction—helping them find healing and renewed hope.
My approach is grounded in compassion and understanding. I specialize in addressing self-love, isolation, guilt and shame, panic attacks, attachment concerns, mood disorders, and trauma including sexual assault and domestic violence. I also support clients working through obsessive-compulsive patterns, self-harm, personality challenges, seasonal affective disorder, process addictions, and infidelity.
I'm particularly drawn to supporting women's issues, first responders, and individuals healing from abandonment and narcissistic relationships. My work honors the unique struggles you're facing while helping you build resilience and meaningful change.
I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences authentically. Whether you're seeking support rooted in faith, value traditional perspectives, or are in a season of life where you need someone who understands your worldview, I'm here to meet you where you are.
Taking the step to seek therapy takes real courage, and I'm honored to walk alongside you in your healing journey.
