My passion is in helping people navigate life-changing grief from the death of a loved one through personalized counseling. Grief can leave us feeling isolated with physical pain and a sense of emptiness, loss of hope and vision for our futures. I specialize in working with grief and bereavement.

Having experienced profound loss in my own life, alongside years of clinical work in grief and trauma, I understand how tender and complex this space can be.
