About me
Helping people rediscover their confidence and best selves comes naturally to me. My warmth, compassion, humor, transparency, and enthusiasm allow me to easily establish and maintain a strong rapport with my clients. I have experience working with clients who struggle with anxiety, OCD, depression, PTSD, anger management, life adjustments, ADHD, and addiction. I am passionate about helping children, teenagers, young adults, adults, and couples reach their highest potential.
I recognize the importance of my clients’ autonomy and provide support while they encounter life’s inevitable challenges. I believe in the importance of aligning the mind, body, and soul. My eclectic approach incorporates modalities such as psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, holistic therapy and mindfulness.
I can be best described as nonjudgmental and sincere which helps to foster a safe and relaxed atmosphere for my clients where they can explore and reach their goals. I honor the balance between acceptance and change and reflect this core value in my therapeutic relationships.
