Hey there! Life can be challenging and sometimes we need extra help making sense of it all. I aim to support you by breaking down the unhelpful socially-constructed narratives we are all subject to. My goal is to help you connect with balance, meaning, and purpose, reclaiming your story.

I understand that things don't happen in a vacuum and that experiences, environmental variables, and learned perspectives create the circumstances in which we live. You know you the best; I am just here to reflect your knowledge back to you! I primarily use Narrative Therapy but draw from other evidence-based practices to provide individualized care. I also utilize Exposure Response Prevention for support for OCD and Anxiety Disorders. I practice with a Feminist, Antiracist, and reflexive perspective.
